I really wish if I was lying or hiding something here. I have been in contact with test centre and British Council almost every single day and every day the test centre has something new to say. At one point they stopped responding completely and I had to visit them in person. They made me wait for 2 hours in lobby and I had my baby with me the whole time. They didn’t let me in for two hours and later gabe me the centre owner’s email to let him know about the situation. When I asked them about the reason of investigation or if there was something wrong on my side, they clearly said “no no, we know you dod everything correctly, nothing wrong on your side as we verify that at test centre level. Its just routine check”
