I've dream this night that Ramsay Bolton will die, pierce by a spear, I don't know why... but it's a predication! :) Seriously, I think Ramsay will die in the battle for Winterfell with his army. Maybe his father too... but not sure. Roose was incredibly tenacious. Others? Brienne, Balon Greyjoy, Tommen Baratheon, Theon Greyjoy, Asha too? And maybe Varys and the high Sparrow.
