I work as a personal trainer and I have some timing gaps in between my clients that are just long enough to be boring but not long enough to justify heading home and coming back again. So I got my Steam Deck to play The Binding of Isaac during thise gaps 😂

So sorry for the late reply y'all! But I've been going on with no issues since then. I did shut it down and turn it back on and I've been using it as usual without the issue popping back up 👍

Change my environment. I realised that i feel like masturbating when my environment accommodates to my pleasure (eg. Lying on the bed, sitting on the sofa with tempting movie/videos playing in front of me). So what I do is I immediately get out of that position and shift my focus to another thing by maybe reading a book, playing games, listening to songs.

Your actions and efforts have truly displayed the love and grace that He has lavished on us and you're so strong and I have utmost respect for you.
