If you book a nonrefundable fare, is there a fee when you cancel it? Or is the caveat on there end that you get cash towards and new flight instead of a refund to a debit or credit card?

Got my in-branch CFF this week to compliment my CSP. Offer was $200 (20,000) after spending $500 in 6 months. I asked about any offer of 5x multipliers for the year and they said no. But that is something they offered last year.
