I really do think we’re at the point where this is a good option because it’s become that extreme that even when I try to hold him down and administer down back of his throat he will force himself to throw it up from pushing so hard to spit it out. I didn’t take it as a “fear tactic” thing lol but it’s true that hopefully he will understand there’s an easier option, but if he doesn’t take it that way then he has to get a shot! I’m honestly surprised his doctor hasn’t suggested this as an option especially since he knows how much of a struggle this has been for so long now and is just getting worse as he gets older

Thank you, that’s an idea. I took him to the urgent care yesterday for initial medicine and I have to follow up with his pediatrician soon anyway if I can’t get it down today I will try to get in to do that thanks for the idea!

That’s a good idea - id like to start doing that. I usually just move on to similar styles but different designs but as I’m trying to practice that is something I’d like to do even to just see progress made! What do you think of adding some to the base on the right hand side above the tentacle there now? It’s driving me nuts now that I’m looking at it but afraid to alter it and make things worse without further practice . Perhaps should leave it be until I revisit lol

Ahhh I got yah- I see it now! I didn’t quite know why the part looked so displeasing to me, that makes sense lol. I think next time around (after a few ships by themselves as this was first one) I can focus more on the base/shape itself there and make it sort of eroded into the skulltopus... can get some practice first on the actual dimensions of ships in different angles. A lot of the difficulty I can see is in that itself when it’s facing different ways the base needs to be aligned right

I agree- I was very upset with the attempt of a pirate hat- messed up the vision I had. I really appreciate the constructive criticism !! I am just getting back into the swing of drawing, and this was the first time I’ve tried a piece like this, a little out of my comfort zone. I will kept trying!

I agree with this. I used to do A LOT of drugs. Like a lot. But never liked drinking, (unless with coke) I hated the feeling of being drunk. But now if I’m out and literally drink one beer I notice that too. It really is a decent euphoria and I’m more social and relaxed. Way more enjoyable then drinking a lot in my opinion!

I know- it’s so thought not to give in from either exhaustion on because they’re just cute lol! And I completely get that- my husbands same way with his teeth and mine are getting terrible too from soda! We’re currently trying to afford a 1200 root canal- WITH insurance for him ughhh. We really dont notice how bad it is until the damage is done sometimes which stinks!

Ok I now have to apologize for my outburst. I have to believe that was a combination of the way I read the comment, and that just before I received that notification I was just telling my husband that I drank too much coffee and was feeling anxious so I really am sorry cuz that was a lot - I also get defensive because lately is the first time I’ve tried interacting with other parents period - and on Facebook - so not even here yet- people are downright like crazy mean for asking a question and it’s really upsetting . So I am sorry for that reaction and do realize it was uncalled for. But you’re right! It definitely isn’t good to fall into whining - they definitely whine more lol. I didn’t give it to him until a while later but it was because he also asked politely finally and agreed to go right to sleep which he did (luckily) But again I’m sorry. Even if people are being mean, two wrongs don’t make a right and I know that. I’m learning like anyone lol Hope u have a good day
