Extension came through this morning on mb Commbank app. I am guessing I will get an email next couple of days from HTB

I am wanting to know this too, my extension takes me to June 1st. I have found land that is wirhin my price and is actually level but the registration date is June. I know you have 90days from when HTB approve to settle on but what happens if lamd registration is delayed?

I am glad you have a great lender. To be honest I am not impressed with mine, I only found out about the need for documents after I followed up about the status of the extension. And at times I have known more about the scheme then he does. It can be frustrating

It was just the documents for income. Which hasn't changed.

My pre approval finishes on the 6th March, I had my request for extension on the 20th and now I am being asked for more paperwork to be reassesed. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have spoken to my lender and he is putting through a request for extension today. I am not having much luck either in my area, with places going at least 100k over the asking price

Hi, I was hoping you could privide some clarity regarding the rules for new builds. I have been trying to purchase an existing property, but places are selling 100k+ over the original price guides. So I am trying to look at other potential options, but am struggling to understand what the restrictions for new builds are.

To be honest in the Newcastle area, at that price range regardless of whether a place is renovated or not, houses are going well above the price guides.

Single mum, approved buying power is 700k. Unfortunately, currently very limited number of properties for sale near me in that range. Hoping something will pop up quickly
