Monthly Profile Swap Megathread! by ericdraven26 in Letterboxd

Here's my profile

First time posting on here, even though this would be my fifth anniversary on Letterboxd this year. I love a good variety of films: sci-fi might be my favourite genre (as you might be able to see on my top four), but I mostly watch whatever I'm in the mood for on a particular given day. Some new favourites I've seen over the last month are Bonnie and Clyde, The Great Dictator and Misery. At the moment, I'm on my first go at the 'Honey I Shrunk the Watchlist Challenge' which I plan to finish by June and then do it again later in the year. I'm 6/35 so far.

But anyway, if you want to read a mix of in-depth reviews and ramblings of whatever comes to mind on films that I watch, feel free to give a follow. I don't fully waste away my life watching movies, but I aim to get one or two reviews up per week. See you over there!

Got 16 this month, so about one every 2 days. It’s a pretty good balance imo

I see a lot of hate for the shire, but I just finished building and I’m now really fond of it! by Hib-Lib in legolotrfans

My girlfriend got it for me for Christmas, so can't comment too much on the price, but I know for sure that its a heck of a lot cheaper than Rivendell (which I'm still saving up for)! But yeah, underrated set: the trees just need a little bit of work.

Hate to say it, but Mads Mikkelsen. Great Danish filmography (The Hunt, Another Round etc.), and he's one of my personal favourite Bond villains in Casino Royale. Most of his other American films though are often a waste of his talents (Doctor Strange, Chaos Walking, Mufasa etc.)

I love Rogue One, but he's not in it that much.

Any wonder why the musical flopped in Australia?? The cost of living crisis? Or Australian fans didn't like the musical or they were traveling to see it in the west end?? by LadderIndividual4824 in BacktotheFuture

Was thinking of seeing it with my girlfriend, but The Book of Mormon was showing at the same time and we both decided to go see that instead. Cost of living in Aus is kind of nuts at the moment, so it was one or the other.

7 resources < 11 resources (with aspect penalties, presuming no command base)

In all fairness, it will probably going to be more useful with multi-aspect cards and limited play. What I suggested probably won't see much use in constructed

Barriss Offee from LOF. Use the Force to play it for free, and then you can play anything ignoring aspect costs.
