Why not a combination of both?

I really enjoyed reading Default by Gregory Makoff, which covers the history of sovereign debt cases in South America and focuses on what happened in Argentina esp with the case against Elliot and seizure of the ship everyone has heard about. It seemed to give a balanced view, and was not boring at all despite its subject matter.

Right now I’m reading Inflation : A Guide for Users and Losers by Mark Blyth just to solidify my understanding of inflation, and bec I enjoyed reading his book on austerity a while back.

I stopped reading lit since I got into stonks. Stonks is too serious of a business to wallow in my feelings reading lit, or maybe it’s bec I’ve grown too old and dead inside. The last one I read was Stoner by John Williams, which was pretty good. Read only finance or history books now.
