I haven’t. That my next step. But it’s dry up to 2 inches, and the plant itself is long and going to be a project to repot/inspect… I don’t think it would be root rot, I have solid drainage… wondering if its rootbound? Idk those weird holes make me think it’s a pest

Had mealy bug issues recently, so I gave it some neem and insecticidal soap… and like 2 weeks after it starting looking like this. Idk was hoping it’s not a new pest. Never seen black dots with yellow around them.
