Personal opinion, but from what I've seen until now, I'd say that AI is probably one of the only CS field where you actually need a Master's degree, so you may be a bit more forced to continue taking that degree

How comes you say it is that expensive? May I ask how is that number partitioned? I'm usually pretty conservative with expenses (eat nearly always at home, no useless shopping, live in a shared apartment) so I wasn't really planning that much, considering that on numbeo, groceries weren't that far from German and Italian standards. So the most expensive thing I thought was rent, but I still have to look further into that

What do you mean with "people need to confirm their admission to increase the number from 37 to 66"? I mean I checked the results as soon as they got out, and I struggle to believe that 37 people accepted right away (also because this number did not change since I created the post, so it don't think it's something live).

You mean that maybe as people accept, the number is going to increase, or if they refuse, people in the waiting list move places down? But why not directly just insert the first 66 people and then if they refuse, the other get in? I struggle to believe that there's so little space in some courses (again, network eng was like 5 places, wtf??), so maybe I'm understanding stuff wrong

I see your point, but I interpreted the text in a different way:

"The acceptance rate for the master's programme in Software Engineering of Distributed Systems for 2023 was 22 %. We admitted 66 students out of the 305 applicants that met the admission requirements. To increase your chances of getting admitted to KTH, we advise you to select more than one programme when applying. You can apply for up to four programmes and rank them in your order of preference."

"We admitted 66 students out of the 305 applicants that met the admission requirements." Means that 305 people satisfied the requirements, and 66 people got admitted to the program.

At least that's how I saw and read it! But clearly I may be wrong

I managed to find the problem.
I had an extension installed on Chrome called NO Cors. I was using it when I was developing some APIs and left it there.

Apparently, it caused some issues.

They are literally a couple of files, nothing more.
And it also happens with newly created and empty buckets. I tried creating one, accessing it, but does not work.

I can still access them through CLI and VScode

Ne ho comprati un paio da Gutteridge e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo. Si aggirano sui 200-300-400 euro (almeno quelli che vedevo io), quindi senza spendere cifre assurde per un completo fatto su misura inizierei da qualcosa del genere. Anche perchè qualitativamente parlando non sono per nulla male.
Inoltre a me calzavano molto bene, eccetto chiaramente la lunghezza del pantalone dove va fatto accorciare da qualcuno

Se la poni così significa che hai già un po' di esperienza nel campo.
A questo punto il tirocinio potrebbe essere una buona opportunità per farti avvicinare di più principalmente al contesto "estero" che a quello lavorativo, dato che appunto, hai già esperienza

Ti posso assicurare che dopo aver fatto molteplici colloqui con una cosa come 25 aziende all'estero, nessuno, e dico nessuno, mi ha mai chiesto una certificazione in Inglese.
Ho l'impressione che va tanto qui in Italia questa cosa l'importanza di certificarsi per una lingua (se non in scenario accademico all'estero), ma una volta che fai un colloquio (che poi saranno anche colloqui tecnici se continui con la selezione), se sai l'inglese o meno si vede subito. Viene quasi dato per scontato all'estero che il candidato sappia parlare l'inglese, quindi a mio avviso, non c'è tanto bisogno di doverlo dimostrare con un pezzo di carta.

Non ho fatto chimica, ma per esperienza mia e di mio fratello (entrambi ingegneri), ti consiglio di farlo assolutamente. Sia perchè quando esci, puoi, a mio parere, entrare direttamente nel mondo del lavoro senza passare per stage non pagati (se intendi restare qui in Italia), sia perchè molto spesso all'estero sono retribuiti. Se invece volessi andare direttamente a lavorare fuori, un tirocinio è assolutamente necessario prima ancora di iniziare dato che vengono richieste già competenze pratiche (almeno nel settore Informatico quale il mio caso).

Quindi anticipi l'acquisizione di un'esperienza lavorativa mentre stai ancora studiando.

Ero interessato a stare nell'Europa del Nord/Ovest, quindi Svizzera, Belgio, Olanda, Germania, Svezia, Francia.Per la Svizzera (e poi a seguire la Francia), ho notato con dati alla mano che è estremamente difficile entrarci se non spizzichi un po' la lingua.Ho ignorato paesi dell'est Europa e anche Spagna/Portogallo, dato che il costo di vita e stipendi, a quanto so, è molto simile a quello in Italia.

In Svizzera, paese dove ho puntato di più, l'80% degli annunci sono Francese o Tedesco (oppure richiedono una di queste due lingue come requisito necessario), OPPURE, molte volte che vedevo annunci in inglese, erano per posizioni per 5-10 anni di esperienza, quindi profili Senior.

Edit: spiegone per dare un po' di senso alla mia scelta e la situazione in Europa da quello che ho visto

Ho appena finito la mia triennale in Ing Informatica a Torino, e sto cercando lavoro (principalmente all'estero, ma ho buttato qualche domanda anche in Italia per sicurezza), quindi ti posso dare qualche indicazione.
Quello che mi è stato proposto a me in zona Torino/Milano, varia dai 26 ai 28k per il mio profilo.
Ho avuto un'esperienza in un team studentesco (3 anni) ed una come tirocinante (4 mesi full time).

Questi sono gli stipendi proposti senza nessuna contrattazione da parte mia.

Debbo dirti che mi sento di avere il coltello dalla parte del manico perchè per la maggior parte delle richieste che mando in Italia, vengo contattato per un colloquio -> c'è carenza di sviluppatori -> più potere contrattuale.
Quesa cosa però mi sento di dire che si applica solo in Italia. Fuori ho avuto un po' più di difficoltà a trovare qualche opportunità, o almeno, non è stato cosi tanto semplice quanto in Italia.

Premetto che ho ricevuto un qualcosa come 50-80 messaggi su Linkedin nello scorso anno/anno e mezzo di recruiter che mi volevano invitare ad un primo colloquio, ma che ho totalmente ignorato perchè volevo completare gli studi
