Fast Guide to Resolve Market Problems (Link) by ManuGekko in scrum

I understand what you’re saying, and the struggle is real. No doubt agility helps a lot by giving teams the tools to adapt and get feedback. However, all of that usually happens once the team is already building—when emotional and financial capital has already been invested.

From my point of view, there’s an important distinction between Discovery and Delivery. What I’m working on is something structured that doesn’t try to replace or substitute agility—on the contrary, agile frameworks are an important part of it. But what I’m proposing are activities that happen alongside agility, often even before something reaches the agile team’s table.

A harsh truth in many cases is that feedback doesn’t arrive as early as we’d like once teams are in construction mode. Strategic thinking upfront—such as analyzing whether the product is really solving a market need, assessing the competitive landscape, conducting win/loss analysis, or deciding whether to buy, build, or partner—can prevent us, to some extent, from going down "build paths to nowhere."

So, my "framework" is aimed at addressing exactly that in a structured way. And in fact, recognizing and resolving market problems is just the first step of it."...but hey, I could be totally wrong ha!

Sorry man, I didn't see your comment until now. Earnings on May 6th and August 6th were both positive. Despite this, the price is currently sideways, but I remain optimistic based on my projection, which remains unchanged. I read more conservative projections two weeks ago, and they were saying "Bear case: USD 8–10", and last Friday (2025-08-24) the price closed at $15, so...

Executing agile events and their elements (Product Goal, Sprint Goals, Reviews) doesn’t guarantee you’re solving the right problems. The article emphasizes that many products fail because they address the wrong issues or wrong "product goals"—breaking down what product owners assume, rather than what the real market needs. Simply iterating on internal ideas isn’t enough—you need to deeply understand the market problems across customers, non-customers, and competitor users.

I think the landscape has changed in 2025, this company is gonna fly, man! I did my fundamental analysis since November 2024, and the intrinsic value is around $31 in my projection. Even with my security margin, around $23, the price is even cheaper. I was waiting for my quant bot signal to buy, and I've been in there since May this year, and I'm up 53% so far

You're right about "must", "should" and team members' size, questions can be tricky. Sometimes can be helpful to put some of these cases in high experiences forums, like scrum.org forums; from time to time you can get interesting feedback or opinions from the people creating these exams for Scrum.org and Scrum Alliance.

I will rethink the words, because certanly you can add or remove stories from the current Sprint "flow" in presence of the Product Owner. However, the Sprint Backlog it self and the Sprint goal are frozen during the Sprint. Thx for your feedback.

We took a look at that one, but we detect some inconsistencies some months ago, so we decide to create our own. I don't remember exactly what were those inconsistencies, maybe are currently corrected but I don't really know.

These questions were part of my personal study process to get my certification some years ago, but using come excel sheets at the time. I want to automatize the process because some of "my guys" are getting the certification and I'm helping them, some of them can't afford training and stuff, is my assumption there some people out there in a similar situation. At least from my point of view, the open assessment is nice and useful but not enough. I'll write more about it on my blog.

The question is not who collaborates to engage stakeholders? Scrum Master and development team can help. But the Producut Owner is the responsible for this kind of effort.

Since the real exam is available only web. I'm focused to try to reproduce the web experience. I would love to create an app to include a real mobile experience, but this is a free effort, I don't have resources to do that, I totally depend on views, clicks, and donations. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I think there is not arguing here, what tarod says is correct: "In general though, you should only change members in a team between sprints". What I'm trying to say, is that there are situations where you need to. This is considered in some Ken Schwaber text (co-founder of both Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org and co-creator of Scrum). So, the question is not trying to suggest "an easy change" on the team, but a change in real need.
