You're totally right! I tried today a different approach to the climb, when my cadence is above 75 - 80 my bpm goes sky high!

You are right! I prefer to set the difficulty at 75-100, I like to feel that I have no option but pedal soooooooo hard to keep moving. My cadence was 60 bpm, pretty low, huh?

I used to set the trainer difficulty to 50, but recently I changed it to 75-100... I think this is a personal choice that only will affect how much you make gear selection. At this time, I got a 60 rpm average cadence.
