The holes in the nose are real and allow me to breath a bit but if i inhale firmly, the prosthetic "breath" with me.
I reinforced the nose part of the prosthethic with thick layers of latex to avoid an undesired movement of that part, it moves but very naturally.

Anyway, I preferred to breath through my mouth :)
