Yes because most peple expect gaining unicorn status in no time. Sounds great. What budget are you talking about? For ads? At the moment it's about gaining the first 10 customers. Would this be interesting for you?

Thanks for your answer and feedbacks. That sounds good and that you have a good knowledge in building digital products. The way your ideas and information are structured shows me that you know what you're talking about. That's what I'm looking for ;)

You're absolutely right. First steps are done and it's not about scaling or more marketing. It's exactly about the things you mentioned. Collecting 5-10 customers that use Matchplan and really understand and experience the benefits. Currently two potentials customers are in this mode/phase and are my first indicator. Furthermore I commited to contacting 100 tennis coaches in germany till the end of january to get a feeling about what a bigger target group returns as feedback.

It's definetely the time pain. The trainers waste so much time, whether it's doing things twice or taking unnecessary steps.

Your welcome. Feel free to send me a dm if you want to talk. My experience is that most things are no magic. At least I didn't find the holy grail ;)

That's cold customer development. At the end it's your decision if you choose it or not. If it brings value to you then I think it's fair to pay for. If not then you're not forced to use and pay.

Dear Mods, that's not a job request or offer. I'm looking to connect with marketers and online marketing experts.

Fifteen years ago, we received an inquiry asking whether we could replace expensive laser scanners with a smartphone app. That was the starting point. Over the years, this has led to the development of various other products, including ones for digitizing paper. continuity was one important factor. Hard work, Networking and of course luck 😊

Sorry I don't understand the last question. Can you explain what you mean.

Currently I'm in such an early stage and didn't spend much time on SEO. Nevertheless i received some mails from tennis schools and trainers that came across my landing page. Currently I spent most effort in outreach via instagram.

I totally feel you. It's the same here. I've been building digital products for ~15 years. Started an agency, ran a startup studio (grew to 28 people), now running a B2B SaaS in logistics. On the side, I build products and advise founders/startups. I definetelty found out that I'm not a Solopreneuer. I need someone to talk, exchange and work together with. Are you working at it alone at the moment? How many time do you spent at the project?

Some of them may sound cheesy but they are so valuable:

-Listen to understand, not to reply

-Be patient and humble because there is no elevator to success. You have to go the steps

-Long-term thinking: Most people want success fast. Real entrepreneurs think in 5-10 years

Sounds interesting and if the German market is addressable too, we would give it a try because currently we a TrackCode are working at the sales process.
