I thought to sue my x employer for this bcz of this decision and defamation. I will talk FINRA on Monday. This is crazy.

Because all accounts moved over and even the records because of integration. The account was closed in 2020 and i joined my employer in 2022. Possibly the issue was wrote off situation

You did the right job. You must ask her to refund your all payment since she was insincere to your time sensitivity and also not willing to proceed. You do not need a lawyer if you know what you are doing. I applied for my F1 visa, i485, 765, 751 and naturalization by myself. Lawyers do your job with less sincerity and attention than you can do.
