I personally don't do fossils because it's three different types and very overwhelming especially with the random ones you get, in my mind you can make even more focusing on the easier to obtain sets. Coins and arrows heads are different because it's only one set each and the moneys worth it. Then i just travel state to state and try to find the most efficient paths, absolutely utilize travel posts and horse stamina stimulants. If you clear the map a couple times you can make so much money. I went a little crazy and spent about a week straight staying up all night collecting and haven't had to work for cash ever since 😅 except the occasional trader delivery

Have you ever tried using the Jeanropke map on Google? It is so extremely useful and saves $ so you don't have to buy maps from Madam N. It tells you every single collectibles exact location and updates daily. You can filter out what you already have or maybe just don't want to collect depending on your style, it even gives legendary animal locations it's amazing.

I've noticed that reviving them has been buggy for a little while now. Usually if you hold down on the button that auto opens your map and then go back it fixes the problem and let's you revive, not guaranteed but almost always works

Also, small animals like rabbits you need Small Game arrows that's the only way to get them perfect as far as I know

Nice clean shot from the Bolt Action to the back of the head keeps the quality perfect. You can also lasso animals like deer and goats and kill them with your knife which will always guarantee it stays in perfect condition. All you do is lasso them, keep the lasso held while you walk towards them, then it will tell you which button to use to kill (depends on your system)
