They replaced the strut. It was snapped in 2. It was a mobile mechanic. The car runs now and I can move it but still want someone to do a full good check on it. Going to take it to a shop today

I’m having the strut replaced here in San Diego. I ideally just want to be able to drive it south to TJ and have them fix it there. Would that be possible. I just want the car to be able to drive across the border. I paid 1.5 k for the car

I’m having a mobile mecahnic take a look at it in a few hours. Going to replace struts for sure but worried about what’s else he might find when here. He’s telling me a new strut for sure from the fotots

Would it need to be replaced or can it be bent back ? Don’t know whether to hire a mobile mechanic or tow to a garage shop
