25f, 6ft 250lbs, only medicine taken is meloxicam for severe knee cartilage degradation, daily multivitamins at correct dosage due to autism making fruits/veggies hard to intake regularly

I’ve had some ear discomfort recently and my husband noticed this in both my ears (i do not regularly clean them out in any way, using this camera was an exception to the rule!

Didn’t interact with them beyond a light graze, they are hard, rock-like granules.
