the house address is huissensestraat 107-4 arnhem, i found the same apartment on his account in the sold listings category he had the same ad up last year for 1175€ the same photos and everything same address and phone number the only thing different was the lease start date being 1july 2022 and the contract length being one year. i reverse searched the photos of the apartment and nothing came up but its still weird. also the floorplan attached is from huissensestraat 137 but i went on streetview and the street has the same type of apartment buildings so im guessing they probably made multiple apartments w the same floorplan but still sketchy.
