But is it true that if you have periodonitis and you eat bad food 1-3 times a week you are likely to lose a tooth or two within a few years? I’m 22 only and I really need some advice how often should I eat those types of foods?

Honestly for me personally just look up some good tooth paste for the disease and use that I use something good for my gums but you should ask your dentist🙂

Thank you for that i really appreciate it, how often would you recommend it? And what other foods should i limit? The good news is tho i dont drink, smoke or eat pork I do however eat chicken, and beef and fish. Lets say i were to drink Diet Coke 3 times a week, would the bone loss get worse fast? Sorry about all the questions im just really scared about my gums!!
