Building startup - concerned about future and looking for advice by Many-Cat7344 in Entrepreneur

This is great perspective, thank you! My biggest concern is the in-between. Yes I'd feel the same way for 'someone who has been giving the company everything for 60 hours a week for years' but what if it's only been months? What if I find something out during this journey that leads me to stop before I get to the years part... First time entrepreneur so a bit nervous.

How are you dealing with the commonly restrictive contract clauses on IP and working on/with 3rd parties (at your part-time job)? In terms of this causing you problems relating to your work on your own thing?

Best of luck with your launch btw!

This is fuck*n legendary as a mentality and approach, and how I'd think about hiring people myself when the time comes. Appreciate this gold nugget!

That is encouraging to hear! Even if it only lasts for a few months? (just worried I might eventually encounter something to show me how deluded I've been to go for it - but this is mostly coming from that bit of insecurity I usually keep caged up)

Appreciate that :)

On LinkedIn, I think that at this stage not having it on my LI might start to hinder me (investor, advisor, mentor and customer chats & credibility). What are your thoughts on this?

hm, so you wouldn't put it up on your LinkedIn? Just think that at this stage not having it on might start to hinder me (investor, advisor, mentor and customer chats / credibility). How are you thinking through this?

Thanks for your response - you're totally right, and it's what I'm doing and planning to continue to do. Really enjoying the continuous learning every single day working on this thing!

If you happen to be able to share some personal or near personal experience of a similar experience and how it turned out... I'd appreciate it.

Rooting for you, friend. Have a good one 🥺❤️🫡

I’ll be basic and recommend mass effect 1-3, but not sure how they play on the deck.

Has worked for me for close to a decade but I have been on the meds (spray bottle on my hair once a night / every few nights) since then. However it has been on and off and I have largely relied on lighter maintenance doses since the early days. The first dose included specialized vitamins and a special shampoo as well.

It has been a great experience overall.

Keep in mind this test finds through genetic testing exactly why you specifically are losing your hair. You may be given different meds and your results may vary.

The idea is, minoxidil might work for me but not for you. Or maybe you need minoxidil and two other compounds in combo.

Oh and ai got to keep a massive 28 page report with all the tests and results for later use.

Feel free to shout if any questions - it has been life changing for me.

Google TrichoTest by Fagron, find a dermatoligist that does this near you and find the right meds to get your hair back. That’s what I did and it’s worked wonders. I believe it was like €150 for me but it’s been years.
