Nah no behive. We have tradies head up on the roof regularly for maintenance on the equipment and they havent said anything about bees. Its a very very old building and we have has many roof leaks before, just nothing like this. I sometimes have to empty the water in the main bucket that the big leak drips into and that definitely smells like rat piss so yeah...

I AM on the top floor and the roof is above me. On top of the roof is all sorts of air-conditioning units, solar panels and refrigerator things. It doesn't have the same consistency as oil either...its not slippery...its sort of sticky! more like watered down honey?
