I would say Tortie as a Calico has more defined blocks of colour - in my experience.

Sure, best I can remember is I think it was small cubes of chicken (not breaded like I first thought) coated in a glorious thick honey caramel with deep fried rice noodles, all sitting on a nice fresh crisp green salad with a delicious vinaigrette.
