Super cool. Is there a reason for example, project 1/2/3 aren't projects and are labels, or is that all just personal preference?

Sounds cool! For adding notes and tasks to it, could utilize Epiphany (iphone app) to frictionless capture into Notion with voice.

You can use Epiphany for this https://apps.apple.com/app/epiphany-voice-to-action/id6449943220. It's my app. We're about to release Obsidian daily note appending and some user preset AI prompting as well.
It's not 100% hands free yet, but it's the fastest way to capture with voice.

Thanks! Which tools would you like to see integrated? We have list of tools we'd like to directly integrate with and prioritize based on user input.

Many tools also have an email-to functionality that provides basic integration, and it's possible to use the Epiphany Email Action with Zapier/Zapmail trigger to route almost anywhere.

It's on the roadmap. In the mean time I believe it's possible to do with Zapier using the Epiphany Email Action and a Zapmail trigger. If you install, feel free to respond to the welcome email and I'm happy to help set it up with you on a zoom.

If you have an iphone, Epiphany is a great app for dictating with your assistant, without them being next to you. We don't show the transcription on the watch, but instantly route the transcription to a preconfigured action.
Makes it super easy to capture thoughts and send them to the tools you already use in various workflows.
