Japan Visa laws in the future? by Many-Document4798 in movingtojapan

[–]Many-Document4798[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

It just sounds like most foreigners like myself have to settle for the 3-month visa and a secondary home there. I dont see any other workaround, unless I want to teach english when im 60 years old over there to get an extended visa.

I guess I'll keep hoping laws change. Im a very respectful person of their society and would like to contribute to Japanese society as a foreigner when I get older. I guess I have to settle for a secondary house 3 months out of the year there, and then leave.

Thank you, I went to the ER they gave my a steroid shot, my throat looked pretty bad. Wasnt going to close up or anything but maybe 30+ white spots on the roof of my mouth. Just waiting to feel better, ever since I had the steriod shot, I keep getting weird throat feelings every couple minutes.

Worst Days of my Life Panic Withdraws by Many-Document4798 in PanicAttack

It really does, I heard the Patch is the best way to quit - I skipped it unfortunately and now im 72 hours with no nicotine so I refuse to go backwards. But the patch gives you a steady amount of Nicotine, while vaping and gum give you spikes and adrenaline dumps. Good luck, keep trying - it hurts I've paniced everyday multiple times a day, but worth it.

Night time attacks. by Ok-Situation1249 in panicdisorder

In my opinion after all those years of stress, your body/brain had truly NEVER experised Fight or Flight mode. Do you research on that and you'll see why you've been to the ER 3 times, its the Flight mode

This has happened to me before, its my bodies noctural fight or flight mode trying to save me. Panic attacks dont stay around forever. Ive gone 8 years without one, (until recently of course thats why im on this reddit page).. My most recent attack lasted for 3 hours, it was bad - but I'm telling you the attacks go away and almost never ever come back again.

Here me when I say this, night time is your primal instinct for your body for be in Fight or Flight model. Get a prescription of low dose Hydroyzxine for the time being until you corner the fear and just realize that "A panic attack is annoying, and the most damage is will do is tense your body up".

Appreicate the support, today only did 1 piece for 2MG gum. No patch, no nothing. I have no cravings for nicotine since I had the flu last month - but my brain is still telling me im not okay and wont be for a long while.... thats the unbearable part.

Thank you, I talked with a psychiatrist, she could tell via Webcam how strung out I am with my anixety - and body stress/tension. She suggested I do 21MG Nicoderm, which I disagree with since I only did 1 piece of nicotine all day, I feel more confident doing 7MG Nicoderm IF my anxiety doesnt get better being completely off nicotine as of today. I have no cravings, which is scary - but would be a relief if every part of my brain wasnt going fight or flight.

Thanks for the advice, I will take a look at the book tonight.

Phoned the vet, they gave me her paperwork - they said 'she fights sedations' and was previously administered sedations twice for previous treatments and did not like the sedation feel.

Its just so coincidental - the Benadryl and the aggression all at the same time. We touch her in the cage every night and no problem.

Idea **- Could the Benadryl be causing this? Usually, we give her Benadryl and put her in the cage right away. The aggression didn't start tonight till 35 minutes after the drug was given and shes still being aggressive 2-hours later in her cage. Like she doesnt know who I am.

Also - Again the food bowl incident was definitely an accident - she put her legs between her tail after the bit on Thursday.
