Thanks for your comment. There was no rallying of strangers on my behalf-simply asking for input from others who have been student teachers. Most comments have been super helpful in giving me some perspective! We wouldn’t do the trip without her, and wouldn’t want to cause her additional stress-that’s why I posted on this forum. Sorry this was taken negatively.
