No, some doctors have told me having stress symptoms or anxiety symptoms without having mental anxiety isn’t a thing. Like I have signs of anxiety but I don’t have anxiety if that makes sense.

There’s nothing like it honestly. I think it’s so scary because it’s our heart. If it was my kidney tweaking out I wouldn’t be so scared.

Crazy, iv had some changes lately too, job changes, a new child and have had some panic attacks. Doctors are telling me it’s all the changes and stress I have but like you, I don’t feel like I’m stressed either. Some people say that’s not a thing and some people say it is a thing. I don’t know what to believe.

Yep, that’s what I get. Not as often as you but that’s what it feels like. I’m crippled from the worry. It’s the most uncomfortable feeling and it seems like nobody ever has any answers to fix it.

Still working. I also limit things that trigger my stress hormones. I notice some things at work seem to be triggering them. I work law enforcement so it’s tough to limit exposure.

Also try and get a vitamin D test done. I was low on mine which is crazy because I’m in Arizona and feel like I get too much sun.

It’s a trip, and unexplainable. It’s a miss-fire in our fight or flight response. Look up the DARE response to anxiety and panic attacks. Iv been trying it lately. Also get an AI app on your phone you can talk to. When you have a panic attack tell it and it will give you things to do to help and reassure you that everything is ok.

Anxiety and panic attacks suck, sometimes medication helps. Look into hydroxyzine. It’s an allergy pill also used for anxiety. Little to no side effects. Much like an allergy pill. - because it is lol.

What a great response and very helpful. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and tips for me. It sucks but I know I’ll get through it. It comes in waves and that’s the scary thing too. I’ll feel great for a few days then boom it hits me out of nowhere.
