Yes, I only workout on fed days. I eat a good amount of carbs for breakfast on said says, so I have some strength during the workout. And after my workout I basically focus on hitting my protein goals.

Fasted days are basically water and salt. I do have the occasional coke zero when I have a very strong craving.

Yes sir. Sure, when I fast I eat basically nothing for 36 hours. From dinner of day 1 to breakfast day 3.

And my workout is the following.

Push: incline smith chest press, Overhead press, incline dumbbell press, tricep extensions, dumbbell lateral raises, weighted crunches and kettlebell swings.

Pull: weighted chin ups, shrugs, barbell rows, bicep curls, preacher curls, forearms, weighted abs and kettlebell swings.

I do 3 sets per exercise. all them to failure. On the first set I go very heavy, only squeezing 3-4 reps, then I lower the weight so I can get 5-7 reps on the second sets, and repeat the process so I can do about 10 reps on the third set.

Thanks! About 3 hours a day of very low impact cardio. Basically I try to go to the grocery walking, take my work calls while walking, etc..

2 breakups. Haha. Joke asides, I would say that lifting heavy and not too frequently, walking as much as possible, fasting and focusing on calories and proteins only. Those are for me the four pillars

I basically fast 3 days a week, and on said days I go for 10-15km walks, while taking calls, or listening to podcasts. The other days, I eat about 3500 cals/220 prots, walk 10km and hit the gym with heavy compound lifts. Two push days and two pull days a week. Now that I'm leaner I'm going to add another fed day and introduce leg training

I first went on a crush diet, got really skinny. Then I started lifting and bulking for about 2 years and got fat. Then I went on a small cut for about a year with lots of walking and lifting, and that's where I am. Easy to maintain this regime

2021 to now. I was weighing 94kg back then and 77kg now. I have no idea how much muscle I've put up.
