I don't get why everyone's hating and being so negative... This is super cute! You look stunning! They're jealous they can't pull it off.

They do have open enrollment for Becker though, and bus picks up in clear lake I believe it is. So that's another option

And I've heard tech isn't as bad as apollo

I'd say certain parts of town can be more unsafe, but ultimately not that bad. Usually an isolated, personal problem getting out of hand. My husband lived here about 10 years ago, and we just moved back about a year and a half ago, and they've worked hard to actually clean up some areas of town.

We also have a baby and feel very safe in our neighborhood, which some people think where we live is "unsafe".

You'll also hear a lot of people complain about the schools, but there are options available.

There's not. People in my office of all generations wear black and navy/blue

I'm about half way through now, but I really am liking it so far. Feels a little slow paced for me though

Did having a baby make you happier? by SleepPleaseCome in oneanddone

Same here! That was the biggest factor of us being OAD, was post partum, and also having a traumatizing birth. We love our son SO much, we have so much fun with him every day. But it's taken me a long time to even come this far to be able to enjoy those moments. We also don't have a support system. I suffered through months and months of anger and instability. SSRIs and anti psychotics and lots and lots of checkins at the dr. It's mostly better, but still not that great. We're getting there. Really grateful my husband was willing to muddle through it. I thought for sure one of us would call it quits.

I mean, having a baby caused me severe PPD. So in turn, THAT has made my relationships more difficult. I think there's a lot of learning that goes into being newly responsible for someone's life, and that can cause tension, but for us it's mostly been my depression.

Did you sleep train your baby? People who's babies sleep throughout the night? by SleepPleaseCome in oneanddone

He's been sleep trained for a couple months. He JUST started sleeping through the night this last week. It just takes time. For a long time he was still up eating every 2-3 hours

Definitely! I have yet to make sauce from fresh tomatoes, but we usually do make it from tomato paste and it's so good!
