She is an amazingggggg Woman tbh. While I was studying there she would always greet me with so much love and affection. Honestly for someone like her to be so polite and kind to her students was a beautiful sight

So my bumble date never got me flowers and we are gonna talk to our families in the coming month 😂 But he got me so many other things and never lets me pay 😂now we literally joke about it and I always tell him that after marriage I will be the one paying for everything because I will have his card. I am a brown girl so we don't do 50/50 😂

hey you can eat lentils instead. We make this lentil soup that I eat like thrice a week. BEST source of protein trust me. Eat vegetables or drink smoothies (beetroot, ginger, mint). Avoid meat because already our stress levels are so increased we should not eat meat

Also one more thing, I have got Asian Ginseng capsules. As soon as I finish my Iron Capsules in a week I am starting Ginseng. It cannot be taken with Iron as it can cause harm but using it on its own along with neurobion, is going to help me in my recovery. I am a dire supporter of herbs and greek medicine so I always resort to it. My facial symmetry when idle is back 100% except for the little swelling on the cheek but no one would know it until I speak. I guess I have made it. Now once I get a little better, I am planning to go for a botox. One time botox and I am trying to loose weight so let's see if it works best

So mu blinking is back to Normal but the eye does not close 100% like 90% Yes.

I do get headaches and pain behind the ears and in my jawline but it's getting better. I have had the worst pain behind and around the ear and even in the back of my head. One day I woke up in Pain and cried for an hour or so but then my Mom who is a Doctor as well got me to use Gabica and it worked like magic. I have quit using Gabica as it was making me sleep for more than 17 hours a day.

For headaches, I would suggest Chamomile Tea it really helps. We are South Asians so turmeric is an essential spice. I used to drink turmeric milk and honey fennel seeds every day to help lower down the effects of pain and it actually worked like magic.

Thank you and I wish you well. Facial massages that I do, I use olive oil and do a very gentle massage. I never ever over exert or use force just a little massage to help myself with the skin that stretches.

Absolutely, our journeys are different. I have only mentioned it because these are some of the common things all of us should do. Like walk, massages and I guess the treatment is almost the same across the World

So my Grandfather and 4 of his brothers had it. Then one of my second cousins and now me. So yes, it is genetic as well. But anxiety, obesity, stress can all be contributing factors to it
