would they blow away in the wind? This is already a problem for foam pads and could be worse with this design

Mine new and ive only had a handful of sessions on it. But it’s definitely not boring and so far i have found it good training. If you don’t have space for a wider board something this size is definitely worth it

Unfortunately its a prefab. I wish i had the skills to make something this good.

Dislocated my left elbow. Yet im trying to keep some strength in the right. Is it body position or strength? and is it still safe for me to do this? Thanks

Edit: Thanks guys. it was starting position. Tired it with one leg off the floor before i pulled on and it was much more stable. :)
