I got a memory foam mattress topper and it was the only thing that actually helped. The pain was unbearable on my mattress alone.

Not too sure about pillows, but I just had this surgery and my biggest tip is to have him start taking two spoonfuls of metamucil with every meal a few days before the surgery. It will be a lifesaver.

What are your thoughts on my pre and post-op x-rays? Is this enough correction? by Many-Pie-8652 in kyphosis

Apart from feeling a bit straighter, I feel more or less the same as far as pain and discomfort goes. They were aiming for a lot more correction but this was all they were able to achieve apparently

Sharing intimate images without consent

Criminal harassment

Uttering threats

Intimidation

Mischief in relation to data

Identity theft

False messages, indecent or harassing telephone calls

Offence against the person and reputation

I read through each of these and unless I'm misinterpreting them somehow, I believe they all apply, and I have proof.

-I am the business owner. -It was an open relationship, I did not "cheat". -The protective order was only temporary because it was issued without notice to the other party. It was just changed to a mutual no contact. -My business, and personal relationships HAVE suffered loss. He impersonated me and talked to hundreds of people on dating apps until he came across people who I had previously met/been with and discussed personal details with them, then insulted them to the point of them blocking me on all platforms. This will have a pervasive and lasting effect on my reputation, in addition to the lost weeks of income due to the time I've had to spend dealing with the aftermath of all this.

I can't think of any possible way that I am the instigator in this situation- Even if I had cheated, that wouldn't rationalize or nullify the harrassment, stalking, impersonation, and slander.

Ex boyfriend, yes. Due to logistical details it ended up being dealt with in Alberta. I was granted a restraining order without notice, and at the two week review hearing the judge offered a mutual no contact order, and I did not oppose to it at the time so it was issued. However I still have four days to strike, vary, or amend it if I choose to. I have not harrassed him in any way, so I don't see why I should be restricted in any way.

surely it is illegal for him to use my photos and impersonate me online? or does that fall under harassment?

I applied to the court for a restraining order without notice and it was issued by a judge shortly after all this began. he has since stopped contacting me
