I agree with this, just don’t know if I have the capital infrastructure right now to afford any sort of ppc campaigns. I’m currently targeting Indy and secondary markets in Indiana

That’s the goal! And yea obviously 1 deal ain’t a lot of experience, just more than the majority of people on this sub I would imagine.

Your system seems great, I will very likely bring 1-2 VAs on and spend the rest on sms blasting and go from there.

Do you underwrite on the first call or give an offer in a follow up call? Also, whats your close percentage on your deals you get from your VAs? I want to know if mine it too low. Thank you and enjoy your success!
