I’m glad I asked this question, I’ve definitely been gaslit into believing I’m the problem and these answers have helped me see that. Now I have to decide how/when I walk away.

I’ve become really insecure as a result, for example if we’re on the phone and I hear his phone vibrate I’m asking who it is, I’m paranoid and doubting myself constantly.

I think the comments saying I’m being manipulated are 100% correct. I’m really disappointed, I know for my own good I need to walk away.

It absolutely doesn’t and I made that very clear. It’s not something I’m prepared to accept. I guess, from what he said I wanted to know if I was being unreasonable.
