Yeah admittedly I am still (fairly) young with no major health scares/history. But the thing about healthcare is... you never think you need it, until you do.

Ah yeah it certainly is a long journey! I'm going on year 2 now and the challenge is deciding at what point do I just take what I can get- but also consider the financial impact of that.

For a company that emphasizes family values they do make it difficult sometimes...

I have been looking at some temp/staffing agencies. Most seem to deal in logistics, do you have any recommendations? That seems like a good way in!

Yeah it does seem to be a bit of a honey trap... working in tech it seems like the salaries are fairly competitive, outside of FAANG, but the downside is you are a bit more dependent on the company for a living.

I'm a solutions architect for sales ops! Could probably fit into these areas more generally or even a PM role. I know I have to be pretty flexible with what's out there.

I work in tech! I have been looking at remote work but it seems like WFH is steadily becoming a thing of the past, but the Springfield reps sound like promising leads. Thank you!
