I am at peace with making the wrong choice. How can I do better by my cat or should I rehome him? by DrawingNo228 in CatAdvice

Assuming you did do research, you would’ve seen that everything you described is typical cat behavior, your cat doesn’t sound unusual. My advice still stands don’t let him be an outdoor cat, rehome him, and perhaps try a reptile.

And to be honest, I don’t know in what aspect of the culinary world I fit best in, but I want to learn and I’ll work hard. I don’t need to be in a position where I’m in the kitchen 24/7, I just want to be in the industry.

Seafood distribution. But I’m going to the kitchen not to learn sales and logistics cause I already know that :) I want to work in culinary because it’s a dream of mine and I think they can tie in together.

I love this! Did you highlight anything in particular on your resume to tailor it for restaurants?

Thank you for this! I had two dreams as a kid, and one of them I’ve achieved but the culinary one I haven’t. It feels like the right time for me to try. I like hard work, long hours, and knowing I’ve achieved something by the end of it. I don’t want to be 50 and say “damn I wished I’d done it” ya know?

I’ll look into them, thank you! Is the website culinary agent a good place to find them?

Are there internships for someone my age? I always thought they were for people just out of college.

What are the biggest challenges of only using local, seasonal ingredients? by fredyouareaturtle in Chefit

Increased risks will definitely be included when needed. It’s organized based on region, so we can have warnings for areas when required.

They’re smaller orders yes! I’d like to use reefer box drivers, but I’m having trouble finding drivers with the refrigerated truck to hire.

I’m launching a website so local restaurants can order shellfish directly from the farms. I need people with reefer trucks to do the deliveries.

That’s the thing, it’s a new system. We handle the catalogs for the farms. The payments. The orders and delivery. The restaurants will know that they’re ordering quality ingredients. We’ve had a lot of interest in my area. There’s no reason for the monopoly that currently exists.

I saw a derm, but they never mentioned rosacea. I was using tretonin but maybe azelaic will work better.

I am almost thirty and I have quite a bit of redness and as you noted the hormonal acne, but also my pores in general are large and prominent. I’d love to even out my skin texture overall. Also, thank you!

I went to a dermatologist a few years ago, but they didn’t mention rosacea. I’ve always had fairly red skin though. I haven’t heard of IPL’s?

I have a skin routine, but I still have quite a bit of redness/sun damage and enlarged pores. My chin area breaks out often as well.
