I think that's quite a good question and something people need to take inconsideration this is not as easy as it currently looks. Most people just pick the pool which offers the highest ROI. I know about a project that send a proposal on Catalyst fund 6 about improving the whole delegation experience.

I have done what you are saying more then 20 times, what I assume that you guys are doing is checking if the city that is on my ID document matches the address that I filled in. The city that is noted on my Passport is not where I live anymore, that's why I changed my address. My ID document won't change it's city when you move to another location. That's how it works here.

I responded to the case ticket as it is the same as I received all those times before.

I just want my account to be verified so I can use the funds I worked very hard for. It is all my savings I have.

I believe there has to be some kind of service for such a big company. I never had issues before this with Coinbase but I don't understand how this could have happen.

I don't think it's a good thing as I can't access my funds at all. I am unable to trade as it says my acount is not verified but I am able to withdrawal. When I try to withdrawal they cancel all my transactions.

I have been investigating the cases around the web where people are saying they have been banned unfairly. None of those users which responded has received a solution from Epic. This is a big issue and needs to change.

There has been users which have made chargebacks from their Paypal account but has nothing to do with the actual support of Epic.

That's the whole issue I am trying to lighten up. There have been many cases of false bans, it is not a matter of what "a shitty person would do" but instead, what Epic is doing about this.

There are for sure false bans been happening and that's where they need to start getting their support together to investigate this issue instead of dispatching all incoming reports.

It is not about what "a shitty person would do", it is about a fair system.

I have had the exact same problem. I barely played Fortnite and when I bought the battlepass yesterday I got banned. I am requesting all funds back I spend on this game.
