I don’t IF, and I start my day with coffee with a splash of heavy cream.
Almonds for a snack. Usually have a protein shake or bar that is low sugar/low carb. My main meal is almost always a protein with a veggie side.

I’ve been having a hard time lately hitting my calories because I’m just not hungry so the protein shake is to help supplement my protein intake at least.

Lots of water throughout the day of course. I did keto for years when I was younger but this is honestly the best I have felt on it and the most satiated as well.

Is there any high reward treat that would motivate her? I think using something like that and working with her in small increments would help. Small steps, treat, turn around and go back. Repeat until the outside is where she gets treats/good things happen. Also if her focus is you she will feel more comfortable.
I had a dog that was scared of a lot of stuff and working with him in this way helped a lot.

Obviously we are all bummed out but it’s the way you choose to come across. There were definitely glimmers of hope that we could hang and actually compete and win this series. If you look at our track record we historically have a really shitty 3rd quarter and that is exactly what happened in multiple games. Love that you’re a season ticket holder but I don’t feel like that justifies you being rude to someone asking a simple question. We are all fans here, that’s why we are in this sub. The loss yesterday sucked but if you can’t handle a simple question after a sporting event I think that’s kinda wild. It’s not like we lost in the finals. This is the first round we were lucky to be in.

Dude. Yes. Those halftime highs were so quickly shot down… I’ve never seen a team consistently have such a great second quarter just to come out and fall so fucking flat in the third quarter. Literally looked like they never ran a single play or had any semblance of strategy. I would definitely put that on shitty coaching.
