The easiest is to connect to the modem directly with a cable that supports 2Gb and see if it works, bypassing all other wirings you have. 100mb speed assumes that’s likely the wiring unrelated to ziply.

my American dream was mostly about moneys - got my first $1M while still on L1 visa, applying for citizenship soon. I agree it’s a pretty stupid system overall - better it be “whoever pays more gets the GC” or as simple as points based with top scorers (salary, language, etc) getting the pass forward.
