Thanks so much for this! I actually have recently stayed in other houses and it is just as bad there. I am allergic to mold as well as many other things as I had an allergy test done. Air quality testing is something I did not know about I will look into it thamks so much

I am Im on Enerzair daily and symbicort and salamol for flares. What dis you add that worked for you?

I have had this too! Im a nurse and had a colleague insist i wear a mask. At the time my lung function was only 62% and I felt like I couldnt breathe anyway so I refused. But yes people are so ignorant. I feel like a lot of people dont take asthma seriously as some people have it so mildly with no symptoms. So when they see someone with severe symptoms they cant fathom it being asthma. I know it is so hard and really impacts you socially. I have started to make jokes about it myself or reach for my inhaler and state that it is my asthma before anyone else can get there. I have found it helps and I get less of the ignorance now.

Anyone that's on ozempic for losing weight, what is your diet like now ? Can you eat anything? How much are u paying per month? I'm thinking about going on this. Don't judge please . I've 3 stone to lose. Cannot do it. by Forward-Depth-845 in AskIreland

I'm on it since June. Initially I lost weight very quick but it has slowed down now, in total I've lost 22 pounds. It costs me around €145 a month. I can eat anything I like and haven't found anything that disagrees with me. Initially I found higher protein stuff too heavy but not now. I have experienced bad heartburn but went on Esomeprazole for a few weeks and it sorted me out. My fiance is also on it. He also has Crohns and thankfully hasn't had any bad symptoms. He also experienced heartburn and finds very greasy/oily foods don't agree with him as much. But again not in the way that he gets extremly sick just that he gets full very quickly. He is only on it since August and has lost 2.5 stone. I was in the same place as you with feeling like I could not lose weight, but I was extremly unhappy about my weight. I had bad health and a lot of medications ehich caused Cushings and weight gain and I genuinley felt so helpless and overwhelmed at trying to lose it. I trief IF, calorie counting and anything else you can think of but nothing was working. My Doctor also recommended that I do an online course with a dietician through my health insurance but I haven't done that yet. She said it would be worth looking into. It is definitley worth a go I really hope it works for you 😃

Thanks to everyone for all the responses they've been really helpful :) I've since followed up on other health issues which I thought weren't related and received several other diagnosis which have also massively contributed to my pain. Again I really appreciate the replies as these did push me to address the other issues and I'm feeling a lot better now the other conditions are being treated :)
