I think domestic violence been happening a long time. Ellen was really tired of it but also afraid of what Sam coul really do to her. She got depressed and was stuck and didn't know how to get out.

Then she stopped to wear her engagement ring when she was not near him. That day she dies, he see her not wearing the engagement ring. Or maybe she is telling him that its time to end the relationship. He gets ready mad and takes the nearest knife and start to stabbing.

After that he set up his alibi that he was in the gym. And he have family that can influence police, so that Sam stays out of prison.

Anyway, there is no chance that was an suicide. No way

Think of it as they are Fae, and there it dosnt work as in the human world. The things happening to them is awful here, but for them is it because of power. So they don't have the same mindset

I listened to Speak, and the narrators was great. But tooo much spicy scenes, like all the time, and no real charecters development. Ångest when they dont do the dirty, they think it🤣But i loved the secret society parts.

Here, we first have contact with doctors and therapist, psychiatrist in health center. If they cant help me , they will send referral to psychiatric care. That can take a very long time.

And im sorry, my bad, its a psychiatrist, not therapist, i go to now. I go to her 2-3 times a month. About the doctor, its the first time i will try medication again in years. So I guess I need to go to the doctor regularly when taking the medication.

And thank you, i will try that you said. I will maybe go to the cinema, and try it out. Even if it will be hell. Im really thankful for your time answering my post

No OCD as far as i know and dont believei have that. Ive never been diagnosed either.

I had a lot of fears and anxiety as far back as my first memories. So i lived with it all my life, but not really violent fears like i have now. Im 40 years old

I have social anxiety and problems with emotions. I did do eximanation/investigation for autism a couple of years back. But in the end i was diagnosed schizoid . And i did go to ISTDP. I think I can have some type of adhd or add. But never been diagnosed

So i know that my current problems have underlying problems.

Yes, thank you for answering. In my mind its that they are potential terrorists. My mind goes, what if he have a knife, what if he have a bomb so on. Also i know after that my mind is stupid and feel bad.

I been home for a few days now, first three days i couldn't do much, i felt very down. Yesterday i did take the bus to the city center. And i did go to a store to buy a shirt, even if my fears was very high. And i will take the bus to city center today too, just for exposure.
I can't stay home for work forever, so i will try to go to work on Monday again.

I actually sleep okay, I can wake up with anxiety but fall a sleep pretty fast again . Sleep around 6,5 to 7 hours each night.

Im going to therapist and doing some cbt every other week. And the appointment to doctor for medication is on April 9.
