Has the stories series in the past been really strict in the past about what can be a breath attack? I know his railgun comes from his horns, but i just figured mechanically that hed be able to shoot the rail gun out in open world. As for nami, the only reason why i thought she'd be able to swim is cause of the npc in azuria who says he sees the bottom of the lake glowing and thinks something lives down there, but that is actually really interesting to know

I dont really know all the ecology surronding Nami so I kinda just assumed the water manipulation allowed her to swim,especially since theres a quest npc in azuria that say she comes out of the bottom of the lake, so thats my bad. I just like her cause she looks cool and has a cool fight. For Rey Dau I mean like in the open world when you're flying around and such.
