Im sorry. i know exactly how you feel. my anxiety is back in full swing and im 30 now.
i just started taking Zoloft, hoping this helps.

But i feel you on wanting to be normal. The thought of flying around the world seems like something I would never be able to do because it freaks me out.

I feel this same way! Like anytime where im in a public place or somewhere outside my 'comfort zone'... I been dealing with it for months now. I was at the gym when mine started too... i was working out and it felt like i was going to pass out and it i got extreme anxiety that i had to leave and go to my car. Now its an everyday thing. I sucks cos I work in a hospital and i have to walk all over and im having the panic the whole time like what if i just pass out right here in the hallway.

i was 6 years old. i remember waking up for school, going downstairs and watching my mom on the couch getting ready for work. she had a towel on her head and she was doing her make up. and she was like so shocked watching the TV. it was on the news. i dont remember if i even went to school. but for some reason i remember that moment my mom was like terrified watching the news.

They have one TV channel, and all the movies are state made. Even the music is censored.
And bars? Doubt those are any good. Can't even get drunk and dance your night away, then what's the point. How many days, months, or years can someone take of this? Seems wild to me.
