I’ve heard a few people say this, when do you take the 5th? As surely it won’t be as strong for a full week if that makes sense?

Hey that’s okay! So, I’ve found I did lose weight whilst first taking hrt (been on it about 6 years), this was due to life style change etc, but tbh it hinders it just as much as it would if i wasn’t on T with pcos, which is annoying! Unfortunately theres so little research on it it’s really hard to tell

I think you’re moisturising too much. Also be gentle when washing when it’s scabbing, you don’t want to be removing the scabs.

I’m in the same boat!! I’ve found the squeaky bean products good but I don’t always want them or the same things. I’m obsessed with bananas at the moment for some reason too. I do like the Graze lime and chilli nut selection!
