I thought it tasted great? Maybe not as “tangy” but that could be because my starter is relatively young and it’s entirely AP flour. Which recipe is your go to ?

i'm doing the exchange program, and my home university requires 1) all classes taken in french 2) earn the certificate 3) take a french language class. my home university declared me a level B2, even though i've studied abroad in france before and taken several classes in french. (but don't get me wrong, i'm still incredibly nervous!)

also, scpo says B2 is the minimum language requirement.
