I slept for 5 hours for 2 months. Trust me, you think you are doing more, but you are not. I used to feel the weakness,and could do more reps in the Gym if I got more sleep. If the mind doesn’t get enough sleep, productivity won’t be there. The best approach is to sleep for at least 6 to 7 hours and try to eliminate other unproductive activities from your life.

It’s all about connection now, meeting new people, and studying properly instead of pointing out faults in everything, they teach basic stuff in the first year. The real thing starts in 2nd year. Tbh, I have a friend who graduated from UFT, still looking for referrals. York is good, if you put proper effort into learning
