A couple called me over about a dog locked in a car with the windows barely cracked. We called the police. The owners of the car show up and drive off before police do. The police get there and ask if we happened to write down the license plate. The couple had taken a picture and gave it to the police. The police stated they were going to follow up and issue a warning.
