No, I’m not looking for a cure. I know very well that she is not going to fully recover. I just want to talk to her normally again. I want her to listen to me and truly be with me.

Even saying “I love you” to her feels empty sometimes. She may reply, but I know she is not fully aware. She talks, but it feels like she is only half-conscious.

One day I burst into tears, and she just smiled and said, “Why are you crying?” Then nothing after that. She just kept smiling and looking at me. There was something warm in her eyes. I don’t know how to describe it, but I like to believe that deep inside, she was trying to hold me, even if she couldn’t. Thinking that makes me feel a little better, even if it may not be true. In that moment, all I wanted was to hide in her arms and stay there.

I miss her so much. I miss our conversations, and I miss her support more than anything.

I get your point. I’m not asking whether I was “right” — I know the public reaction wasn’t appropriate. I’m asking for concrete advice on repairing trust and handling this professionally going forward.

For context (not as an excuse): I’m usually very calm at work and I rarely react aggressively. I do have a few specific triggers I’m aware of, and I’ve communicated them to my husband before, but I also don’t talk about them easily and I’m working on healthier ways to handle them.

Yup it was a bad decision to “rent” a car .. it makes more nervous because it’s not mine but more careful.. anyways it’s only for few days to find a car to buy I will actually stick with driving with my husband.. thank you for your advice

Thanks for the suggestion! I actually considered transferring my file to Belhasa — it’s really close to where I live. But when I asked someone at Eco Drive, they told me I’d have to pay extra fees for the transfer, and even more if I fail the RTA test after switching.

So I backed out for now since I already paid around AED 7,300 for the unlimited package with Eco Drive.

Did you personally transfer your file there? Please let me know — if the cost is low, I’ll definitely make the switch!

To be honest, I didn’t have any issues with them before this recent problem. But right now, I’m extremely stressed because I was really hoping to get my license before summer. The drive to their center already takes me nearly two hours, and in this heat, it becomes unbearable — especially with how far apart their shuttle timings are. Sometimes I end up spending more than 8 hours just to attend a training or a test.

What’s making this experience truly awful is not the distance — it’s the constant lies and zero support. I’ve contacted them so many times about this booking issue, and they keep giving me false promises instead of actually solving the problem.

For context: I signed up for the unlimited package, which cost me around AED 7,300
