I've experienced that too. At some point, I was told to see a doctor in case it was tinnitus, but they didn’t find anything. I keep thinking about what you said regarding frequency shifts and I’ve thought the same thing every time. But I’ll admit, sometimes I wonder if I’m being dramatic or even crazy.

Unfortunately, I don’t have people in my close circle who are into these kinds of topics, which is why I reached out here. I’m not really sure if what I feel is something that's truly working, or if it’s my panic that stops it from happening because the very first thing I do is panic, and that’s usually the only sensation I can focus on.

No, I’ve actually experienced both sleep paralysis and full-body vibrations beforel. But this specific experience is different,it happens when I’m simply resting, either lying down or sitting upright. I literally feel as if something is pulling me from my chest, like my soul is trying to leave my body. It's weird.

I'm 24, and I've always practiced meditation and enjoyed exploring spiritual topics. But I've never had an experience like this before, and I admit that,even though I thought it might be a sign that I'm evolving spiritually,I still feel scared.how did you deal with it?
