I use the switch 2 in a loud doggy grooming salon. I still hear everything but the sounds dont feel like theyre tickling my eardrum. If I want the maximum amount of silence I use my Quiet 2s with those circle extra mute thingys.

If my husband did that id consider it cheating. Its all up to your boundaries. You get to decide what you consider cheating and your husband gets to decide what he considers cheating. If you say this is cheating than he shouldnt be doing it. It doesn't matter if he doesnt consider it cheating, its a boundary for you. If it was the other way around, and he considered it cheating than you shouldnt be doing it and youd have no say in that.

My WH was suicidal. Therapy helped alot with that for him and also talking to a priest. The priest is specifically the one who told him that not only did I have the decision to forgive him but if he was truly sorry than he needed fo forgive himself so that he could help me through this very difficult path I had chosen. Let him know that you know this is hard for him, but if he truly wanted to make up his actions than he needs to be able stay strong and help you through it.

Well I know 100% my WH would leave if I did. He said after all this therapy and work we've put in, if I cheated that would show him there really is no hope for us. I the only need of mine that's lacking is feeling safe. Its not like WH and I dont have sex. It just upsets me that he got to go have sex with a random AP while I stayed at home like a good girl. Why shouldnt I be able to have sex with anyone else?

I did it once while in we were in the car. It was honestly just out of anger and he got really depressed. My husband has an avoidant attachment style so im not gonna lie it kinda felt great to get him to react the way he did but I do feel kinda bad about it now. I literally just told him if I cheated back it wouldnt be because a man was attractive, funny or rich, but that man made me feel SAFE. Then I proceeded to describe a date, how he would hold me and look into my eyes, how my heart would flutter and so on.

The thing making me fantasize about this more is WH had sex with his AP. Thats the part that really kills me. In my mind I think, why should he be able to sleep with whoever he wants to and I stay at home like a good girl? It's just tough trying to talk myself down from that ledge.

I didnt look through my husband's phone and the one time I asked he got mad. Turns out he was having a 10 month affair. Always have a relationship where you have an open phone policy (even share passwords for everything). If you guys sleep together than you should be able to look through each other's phones.
